Do I choose the EXE or ISO download for 64-bit?
If you purchased the 64-bit version of Windows 7, you will be given the choice of two download types.
  1. The EXE download is for users who are running Windows Vista 64-bit prior to installation. This is the simplest method of installation.
  2. The ISO download is for users who are running Windows XP or Windows Vista 32-bit. This can be a more complex installation, but is required when moving from a 32-bit operating system to a 64-bit operating system. To use the ISO download you should review our upgrade information page located at the following link.

  3. Request your university IT department add “studentoffice.us@digitalriver.com” to their email whitelist.
  4. Click here to resend your email.
  5. If the above actions do not work, contact Customer Support.

Why do I need to accept cookies?
